This _______________ breed comes from our kennel located in Philadelphia, Missouri.
Terms:
Payment in full must be made prior to the buyer taking ownership of the puppy. Payments that are
accepted are USD cash, money order, cashier's check or paypal. We will provide you with the paypal
address if you choose to use paypal. The buyer will be provided with registration papers so if the
buyer wishes to register the puppy they will have the proper information.
Health Guarantee:
The seller certifies that before the puppy is received by the buyer that the puppy has received its
shots and wormings and that the dog is in good health before the buyer picks up a puppy. The seller
will take the puppy to the Veterinarian no more than 72 hrs prior to a puppy being shipped to a buyer.
A Health Certificate will be issued by the Vet for puppies being shipped. If the puppy would happen to
get sick and its not something minor, the dog will be replaced for a dog of the same value, when a dog
becomes available. Shipping will not be a covered expense. The buyer would need to take the dog to the Vet, if there is a serious illness/problem with the dog, the Vet and or the buyer needs to contact
John Swarnes at 573-470-0373 immediately. John will contact our local Vet and discuss the issue.
Proof that something is wrong will need to be emailed before any decisions will be made.
The Buyer's Responsibily
The Buyer agrees to take good care of the dog, maintain the shots the dog will need, maintain
monthly heart worm prevention, and general de-worming. The Buyer agrees to give the dog proper
physical and emotional care and welfare. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft,
carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the Buyer to any
compensation from the Sellers. The puppies we raise are apart of our family while they are here with
us. When you purchase a puppy from us, the puppy becomes a part of your family, and we wish the
best for you, and your new addition.
